At Thirst Savior, we keep our delivery fees straightforward and affordable:

• Orders over 49€: Free delivery – no additional charges!
• Orders between 39€ and 49€: A small delivery fee of 3.99€ applies.
• Orders below 39€ : A small delivery fee of 4.99€ applies

We believe in providing great service at a reasonable price, making it easy to stay refreshed without extra costs.

If we are unable to find you at home, we will try to contact you by telephone to check whether we can safely store your delivery for you. This only applies to drinks contained in your order, as otherwise we may not be able to maintain the cold chain. If safe storage is not possible, our driver will cancel your delivery. There are no costs involved and you can simply order again as soon as the time is right for you

Same-Day Delivery: Available for express orders within 120 minutes.

Scheduled Delivery: Choose any future date and time slot that works best for you, and we’ll make sure your order arrives as planned

Our drivers will be happy to deliver the entire order to your office kitchen or to a storage location of your choice.

1. You can choose to have your order dropped off at your neighbor’s place.
2. You can request that it be left at your doorstep at your own risk.
3. You can reschedule the delivery for the next day for an additional delivery fee.

In order to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we process and load your order immediately after purchase. A subsequent change is therefore unfortunately not possible.

If an item from your order is missing, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. After providing the necessary evidence (such as a photo or delivery confirmation details), we’ll make it right:

• You can choose to have the missing items delivered to you for free.
• Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund of your order.
